This is a four-part progressive training in Energetic Kinesiology, working exclusively with LOTUSWEI Flower Essences.

These Workshops are designed to be completed in order, each one building on the foundation of the last.

There are four Workshops offered in this sequence:

EXPLORE – Workshop 1 

This is your foundation. We begin with muscle monitoring, understanding the body’s language, and introducing flower essence energetics. This is where curiosity turns into clarity.

EXPAND – Workshop 2

We go deeper. You begin recognizing patterns, working with emotional stress, meridians and energetic relationships in a practical, grounded way.

EVOLVE – Workshop 3

Now your confidence builds. Your intuitive skills sharpen. The work becomes more precise, layered and powerful.

EMBODY  – Workshop 4 (New for 2026)

This is integration. This is where you fully live the work  –  not just practise it. You step into energetic leadership within your own life and for those around you.

You can complete all four consecutively during our USA week together, or you can dip your toe in with EXPLORE and continue the pathway in 2027.

Who is this for?

These Workshops are for anyone brand new to Energetic Kinesiology. OR,  for existing Practitioners wanting to add something new to their Practice.

They are also for flower essence lovers who want to understand energetics at a deeper level. I bring a modern spin to this work. I love structure, practicality and application. This isn’t floating in theory  –  this is embodied, usable, fun and transformational.
