Where Scott works his magic.
How Scott approaches healing.
His Approach
"I don't think of myself as healing anyone. I think of my work as helping people make contact with the part of themselves that was never wounded in the first place. Yoga Nidra doesn't ask you to fix anything; you stay awake at the threshold of sleep, and the nervous system does what it already knows how to do. My job is to build a container safe enough that the effort can stop."
On Innate Healing
"Healing is what a body, mind, and spirit do when you stop interrupting the process. A cut will close. A bone will knit. Sleep repairs what the day cost. The intelligence is already running; the question is whether we're getting in its way."
What He's Excited to Share
"Sleep as a spiritual practice. We treat the third of our lives spent unconscious as dead time. The yogic traditions treat it as a doorway. I love watching people reconsider something they've been doing every night since birth."
Healing is what a bodymind does when you stop interrupting the process. Scott teaches people to build the container, then get out of the way.
