Rebecca Holt is a sound healer, teacher, poet, and earth medicine practitioner who brings together Sound Weaving bath, meditation journey and breathing practices to support people in gaining more presence, awareness and creative insight through awakening the senses. Rebecca’s work with sound and its impact on human experience has been featured at creative conferences and workshops in the states and abroad.
Recently, she has presented at CreativeMornings in Salt Lake City, provided Sound Weaving workshops this summer for a writing intensive in France for author and teacher Betsy Blankenbaker, facilitated Sound Weaving bath and meditation for the Wellness Collective at the 2017 Sundance Film Festival and provided Sound Weaving as an introduction for noted poet David Whyte for his workshop in SLC.
Rebecca has a Masters degree in clinical psychology, has trained in shamanic energy medicine with Alberto Villoldo and The Four Winds Society, RYT 200, Masters NLP Certification (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) and sound vibration healing. She weaves her gift of sacred chant, song and medicine poetry with the lull of crystal singing bowls and the elemental rhythms of the African drum. She has a love for nature, poetry, sound and the breath, and how sound and vibration shape and ignite our creativity.
