STAGES OF WELLNESS BEHAVIOR
There are a few steps to Wellness Behavior. They are mentioned shortly below and will be described in more detailed later on in paragraphs.
- Subjective Perception of Vitality and feeling well
- Objectively described as
- experienced and
- measured
- plotted out on a continuum
- Basic concepts include:
- self-responsibility
- an ultimate goal
- a dynamic growing process
- daily decision making in areas relating to health and wellbeing
- whole being of the individual
